I love love this place!! As a female, they’re kind, treat me fair on price and I completely trust these guys. They will be upfront with you and tell you the cost of items before working on them. I have been going to this automotive shop for about five years now and I will not go to any other place. Seriously. If I ever move. Ugh, I don’t even want to think about that!

I have been dealing with big bend for years now they know exactly what’s wrong with any kind of car truck etc to get it back on the road I have bought and sold cars and each vehicle has came to this shop to get checked. I have never had a car brought back or anyone complain about the work. They have did motors transmissions and more just to name a few I have also referred people and they speak highly of big bend so shout out to the team at big bend

Called AAA tech to my home because my Mercedes would not start, printed out results with failed alternator, then they towed it per my request to Big Bend Automotive, help me stay within the budget I could not go over for this emergency repair, better yet the serpentine belt was cracked and they helped with estimate and worked with me. Very transparent, knowledgeable. and realistic to work with. I trust them.

I love this place! I have purchased few cars from them. When I had a car accident, my car was fixed on a timely manner and for a reasonable price.
